Charlie Kuo (JD ’20) is performing a comparative study of air emission regulation practices and standards for the Oil and Gas industry between the U.S. and China to identify opportunities for shared learning and improvements.
Gabriela McMurtry (JD ’20) is evaluating China’s legal framework for fisheries management in national waters to assess regulatory limitations and gaps.
